Are therapy sessions covered by my health insurance?

Yes, we accept private pay and insurance payments from clients.

Currently, Resolve and Resilience Counseling accepts the following health insurance:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield IL

    • PPO Network

    • BlueChoice Network

  • Aetna

  • Coming Fall 2025:

    • HealthLink

    • United HealthCare

    • Cigna

Please check with your insurance carrier to confirm your benefits.

Do you accept private-pay clients?

Yes! We can talk specifically about private-pay pricing and we also offer sliding scale options in some situations.

Are there in-person options available?

In short, not yet.

Telehealth Therapy sessions allow Devin to work with clients statewide. We are exploring the possibility of having a brick-and-mortar location in the future to offer in-person therapy sessions. Until then, we hope to see you online!

Does you specialize in any specific areas of treatment or populations?

We are able to treat a diverse set of mental health conditions and symptoms. That being said, Devin has particular expertise in offering counseling for the following areas:

  • Anxiety Disorders

  • Mood Disorders (ie depression)

  • Adjustment Disorders (major life transitions)

  • Relational issues

  • Infertility

  • Adoption

  • Medical Trauma

  • LGBTQIA + Matters

Great question! We tailor our therapy and treatment goals to each individual client. That being said, we employ a few different types of therapy and approaches including:

Is this an LGBTQ + affirming practice?

Absolutely. Devin identifies as a cis, hetero woman and a proud LGBTQ+ ally.

Above all, Devin strives to create a therapeutic space that is safe and welcoming for each client and believes that a huge part of creating such an environment is ensuring you can show up authentically and without fear of being scrutinized for however you identify.
